This a contract role for 2-4 weeks, with the possibility to be extended. You must be available to start immediately.
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff member
- Managing meeting rooms
- Assisting with courier bookings and receipt of all deliveries
- General upkeep of the office
- Ad hoc administrative duties
- Prior experience in Reception/ Front of house
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good MS Office skills
- Professional presentation
- A proactive and helpful attitude
