National Civil Engineering Design Consultancy with a super progressive Melbourne office seeks a Water Resources Engineer to join their team to assist on a growing portfolio of Large Scale Urban Development Projects.

Joining a great team and reporting to the Water and Environmental Manager you will deliver key drainage infrastructure associated with residential and industrial urban development projects, including wetlands, waterways, rain gardens, retention systems, and flood mitigation works.

You will be involved in all aspects of the project lifecycle, from concept, detailed design, the management of authority, and stakeholder approvals, to construction delivery. 

Ideally, you will have had local experience in the delivery of urban development drainage infrastructure, including Melbourne Water wetlands and waterways, and possess competencies in the relevant software and modeling programs, such as 12d, AutoCAD, MUSIC, RORB, HEC-RAS and Tuflow.

To be successful you will have a collaborative approach and a passion for Water and Civil Engineering, have some industry experience (preferably in Melbourne) have excellent communication skills, and be the holder of a tertiary qualification in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering.
