​Joining the Aspect team in 2017, Tom brought with him extensive experience in construction recruitment from the UK. After six years of recruiting professionals in the commercial construction space, Tom uses his expert knowledge to build strong partnerships with both clients and candidates, and we receive consistent feedback from clients regarding his honest approach to his role and unwavering commitment to regular communication. In 2021, after a few years building an impressive network within the Victorian Construction industry, Tom moved into a leadership role as Manager of our Construction Recruitment team.
