There is an immediate need for an accomplished Registered Architect with Contract Administration experience to join this Studio and take up the reins for delivery on site for a range of projects in the Education Sector. This is a Contract Administration role including Assessing Variation Claims, EOT Claims and Progress Claims.

This mid sized practice is based in the CBD and approach their projects and design from an inclusive and people centred perspective.

As the ideal candidate you will be a Registered Architect. Your project experience has largely been in the education sector but could also be working on Public, Civic or Institutional projects. Ideally you will have current Revit skills and be able to draw and document within the model where necessary. You will also have the experience managing the delivery of the full drawing set through DD and Documentation including team leadership and management of the external consultant team.
