The role
This is a 6 month fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave - no potential for permanent - therefore the client is happy to consider those on Working holiday and temporary visas.
Reporting into the Financial Accountant, you will take responsibility for all day to day accounts entries and activities.
Key responsibilities
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Reconciliations
- Invoicing
- Assist with month end reporting
- Assist to prepare management reports
- Maintaining ledgers and fixed asset register
- 2+ years experience in a similar role
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Experience in Professional Services firm is highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Deltek or another project management software highly regarded
