As the successful candidate you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and health and safety regulations
- Conducting building condition assessments
- Coordinating and facilitating building maintenance contracts and the associated works
- Liaising with employees and visitors to identify and address any issues or concerns
- Allocation and oversight of building maintenance requests/works
- A qualification in Facilities Management, Construction or relevant experience/qualifications
- A solid understanding of Building Maintenance and/or Facilities Management
- Demonstrated ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders
- Preferably experience working with or for local government
- Excellent organisational, time management and customer service skills
- A current Victorian Drivers Licence
