A well-established tier 3 commercial contractor, based in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, who deliver new build projects in the institutional space. The Role:
The team is already well resourced with experienced Contractor Administrators and Project Managers who will assist the team when needed.
This will be a “hands on” CA role where you will be expected to get on site regularly & take control of subcontractor activities so an existing network of trades would be extremely beneficial.

About You:
This is a role that will be best suited to somebody that enjoys being on site and has a track record of working in the Tier 2 or 3 space. Further requirements are:
- Experience of working on commercial projects >$10M
- Good network of trades
- Demonstrated experience as a Contract Administrator
- Good negotiating & persuading skills
- Excellent time management
- Very good written and verbal communication
- Appropriate IT skills
