Tier 2, National Construction company with capabilities across technically demanding construction and refurbishment projects. A widely admired business with a fantastic brand, well known for high quality projects, treating their staff well and generally, for being classy operators.
You will work in the Refurbishment team where you will specialise in the pharma, health and education sectors, working on high profile and complex projects often involving heavy services or structural refurbishments.
The Role
- Involvement in the full life-cycle of multiple projects up to $15M
- Cost analysis, reporting and forecasting
- Manage sub-contracts & supply agreements
- Progress claims (both client and subcontractor)
- Liaise with sub-contractors
- Ordering materials and equipment
- Assess and process progress claims
- Support the project manager
We are looking to speak with people who have had exposure to technically challenging projects (Heavy Services, structures or live environment) with Tier 1 or 2 Builders. Exposure to Pharma, Labs or Healthcare projects would be advantageous.
