Family owned National Construction business with a demonstrated experience in a variety of complex and interesting Commercial New Build and Fitout & Refurbishment Projects ranging up to $50m.

Role:
  
Reporting to the Estimating Manager and working closely to the Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for the preparation & submission of tender proposals for national projects. You will submit tenders completely autonomously, quote, measure and be apart of client interviews and write Methodology.
Working in a team, you will have the opportunity to coach and mentor junior members of staff and have a pathway to grow into management. 
  
Requirements:

We are looking to speak with established commercial estimators who have experience winning projects (ideally both newbuild and fitout) for head contractors. 

You will have experience in measuring Services and being able to articulate your experience in this skill. 

You will have a positive attitude to building, willingness to help others out and ensure that you are willing to have a go and learn along the way
