Responsibilities include:
- Project set up and ongoing system maintenance
- Project budget entry – assisting Project Managers with budgeting and regular reporting
- Processing of project transactions
- Creating claim schedules for new projects from successful tenders
- Managing bank and insurance documentation
- Managing timesheets
- Monthly client reporting
Experience required:
- Minimum 4+ years’ experience in providing project administration and/or administrative support to a construction or engineering team.
- Must be flexible and responsive to a changing work environment.
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Intermediate to Advanced level in MS Office and ERP systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build solid working relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
