Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design and planning for Defence projects while reporting to the Directors
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs and solutions.
- Prepare and present project proposals, architectural plans, and progress reports to clients and government agencies.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and assessments to ensure project quality and compliance with specifications.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Well established professional experience in architectural design, with a focus on Defence projects of between $50mill - $200mill.
- Proven track record in delivering architectural solutions for Defence-related infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Revit is required
- Knowledge of Australian building codes and Defence industry standards.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and government agencies.
- Registered Architect status in Victoria is required
