The Company
A specialist Civil Contractor delivering major landfill & water infrastructure sites in the Northern Regional areas of Victoria.

This SME is in the process of delivering a multi-million dollar Tailings Storage Facility (TSF) in Victoria's region of Bendigo and seeking a driven Engineer to aid the construction of this large-scale project.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager you will manage the following duties:

Requirements:

• Working within the project team reporting to the Senior PM to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget
• Adhere to all Health and Safety requirements
• Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and quality control.
• Cost analysis, reporting and forecasting (highly valued)
• Communicating with clients, consultants and authorities
• Manage the subcontractors
• Planning and project programming

As the ideal applicant, you will have:

• Minimum 4 years experience of working on civil construction projects in Australia in a similar role.
• Must have proven experience delivering large Dams or Tailings Storage Facility (TSF) projects
• A strong understanding of bulk earthworks, drainage, and road construction would be advantageous.
• A degree in Construction / Engineering
• An ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent time management
• Ability to conduct LAFH arrangements or travel to Bendigo daily
• Appropriate IT skills
