$50m Education New Build - Private School
18 months project duration
Team: PM - 2 x CA - SM - Foreman - HSR - Labourer
Software: Jobpac + Procore
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Manage all components of Construction
- Successfully deliver multiple projects on time and budget
- Maintain an excellent relationship with all key stakeholders
- Ensure that all sites are safe and adhere to the HSEQ constraints
The successful candidate will have:
- A Relevant Construction Degree
- Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager on Education Projects
- Demonstrated experience with understanding Education requirements
- Exposure to projects upwards of $20m
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Unlimited working rights in Australia
