Servicing water authority clients for inground water infrastructure and major rail infrastructure projects for water and plumbing services. The Role
Reporting to the Construction Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Investigating incidents, near misses, unsafe working conditions and forming reports of these incidents to send to HR Manager
• Work closely with site supervisors to ensure compliance against government, union and head contractor safety standards
• Conducting project inductions and regular site audits
• Be active across changing Victorian legislation
• Create and maintain all SWMS documents
• Manage and administer HSE management systems
• Conduct monthly safety toolbox talks

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an HSE Advisor (or similar role) in the Civil Construction industry
• Cert 4 in Work Health and Safety
• Trainer Assessor certificate highly valued
• Genuine passion for site safety to instill a safety culture company-wide
