The role will:
- Oversee project teams and budgets spanning diverse project types including residential, industrial, health, education, infrastructure, and renewable energy.
- Foster and nurture relationships with top-tier clients to drive business growth.
- Project manage various professionals internally and externally to ensure timely and practical solutions for clients.
- Leverage your existing networks to contribute to the expansion of their portfolio.
- Lead, guide, and mentor junior planners, actively participating in our career development initiatives.
- Oversee, as well as prepare, various planning documents such as reports, planning scheme amendments, tender submissions, fee proposals, due diligence reports, and strategic advice in a timely and professional manner.
- Salary Package - $130,000 to $150,000 depending on experience plus individual and team bonuses
