Aspect Personnel are working with a Government Organisation Melbourne  to recruit a Senior Engineer within their Road Design Services team.

This is a Hybrid role with 3 days in the office / 2 days WFH.

Employed as a Civil Design Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Effectively deliver road design services under limited supervision within agreed timeframes and budget, and to a high standard.
• Exercise sound technical judgement and provided trusted technical advice and solutions relating to road and traffic disciplines.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

As the ideal candidate you will have/be: 

• A degree in Civil Engineering, or relevant experience/qualifications
• Experience in road design
• Excellent can-do attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A current drivers license
