About you:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and a proven track record of delivering high-quality finishes on time and on budget in a similar project scale and size.
Project:
- $65m New Build Apartment
- November 2023 - August 2025
- Team Structure: Project Manager, Senior CA, CA, 2 x Site Supervisors, Leading Hand & Site Engineer
- Software: Hammertech, Procore Pro, Team binder
- Oversee all finishing trades on site
- Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards, in line with specifications and schedules
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers to ensure efficient and effective collaboration
- Conduct regular quality control inspections and resolve any issues as they arise
- Communicate regularly with the project manager and other key stakeholders to provide updates on progress and resolve any issues
- Maintain a safe and organized worksite and ensure that all safety policies and procedures are followed
- Proven experience in a Foreman/ Site Manager capacity in commercial construction
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality finishes on time and within budget
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Experience managing a tower crane
