Step into a lead administration role within a Business Support team of 6, and be relied upon by the Admin Manager. This is a senior level admin role, to bolster the capability of the administration team. You will be a dedicated resource to the largest division in the business, of approx. 40 Engineers.
This position requires capability across:
- Project administration
- Document administration
- Meeting coordination and support
- Travel
- General administration
- Preferably experience in Engineering, Architecture, Construction or other professional services firm. However other corporate businesses will be considered
- Experience supporting a large team in a busy environment
- Multitasking and prioritising workload autonomously
- Excellent time management skills and understand the challenges of a deadline driven environment
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Proactive nature and able to demonstrate initiative
- Excellent MS Office and IT systems skills, and can pick up new software easily
