A highly regarded, Tier 2 Commercial Builder with over 2 decades of successful operation. Known for delivering high value and high profile D&C projects throughout Melbourne across the Commercial, Apartment, Industrial and Retail sectors.
A strong pipeline of work (10 + projects for 2024) has led to the immediate need for Supervisors with upper tier experience.
The Role:
The company structure aims to support the Foreman by surrounding the individual with experienced Project Managers, Site Managers and Contract Administrators who all work as a team to ensure projects are delivered to high standards.
Reporting to the Site Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure on site health & safety
- Quality assurance
- Assist with scheduling and planning of works
- Assessing all fixtures and fittings
- Provide support to trades & coordination of subcontractors
- Liaise with site team to ensure programme is being adhered to
- Experience of working on commercial projects >$50M
- Apartment experience favourable
- Experience working for a Tier 1 or 2 Commercial Builder
- Tertiary qualification in Construction or trade background
- Excellent time management
- Very good written and verbal communication
- Appropriate IT skills
