- Band 5 Statutory Planner
- Start ASAP
- Hourly rates will depend on experience
- Laptop provided
- Experience in Vicsmart apps, secondary consents, extension of time, and small planning permit applications
- Backfill for staff on leave
- Possibility of extension
- 3 days in office/ 2 from home
- Good opportunity to gain some more experience and build on your career
As the ideal candidate you will have:
- A degree in Town Planning, or relevant qualifications/experience
- An understanding of the Victorian Planning Schemes, Planning Legislation and state, regional and local planning strategies
- Ability to work on files independently.
- Good report writing skills
- Attention to detail
- A can do attitude
- Ideally 6 plus months experience with another authority
