We are continually registering flexible and reliable Administrators and Receptionists for short-medium term assignments within our client base, mainly located in the CBD and inner suburbs.
Our assignments can range between one day cover to 6 month contracts depending on our clients needs. Due to the nature of our temporary assignments, they can often be last minute!
Roles that our clients typically request include: concierge, receptionist, office coordinator, admin assistant, team admin, facilities coordinator, EA, PA and many more.
A few of the temp roles we are currently recruiting:
- Receptionist/Studio Coordinator - large Architecture practice. CBD. Experience in the design/creative sector preferred. Immediate start, ongoing
- Concierge - commercial property. CBD. Corporate Reception experience preferred. Corporate dress code. 4 months length.
- Receptionist - construction firm. St Kilda Road. 3 months length.
- Concierge - commercial property. CBD. Sporadic dates - ongoing.
- Bid Administration - construction firm. Specific Bid experience required, including Indesign. Richmond.
- Facilities Coordinator - commercial property. CBD. 3 months.
- Excellent customer service skills and Reception/Admin experience within a professional office environment
- Proactive, reliable, demonstrate initiative
- Strong MS Office skills - evaluated by Aspect
- Tech savvy and the ability to pick up new softwares, processes and procedures quickly
- Adobe InDesign skills are highly regarded
- Experience in our industries highly regarded
