Salary: $110K to $150K

A recognised Tier 2 builder who's Directors like to focus on delivering high-end, complex commercial projects across the commercial, health, hotel and retail sectors. Projects will range from $20M to $100M.

The business has strong systems & procedures, a supportive culture and experienced leaders to learn from, most from a Tier 1 background.

The Role:

You will be working in an experienced team support from Contracts Managers and Project Managers in the delivery of major retail (new build and major redevelopments of shopping centres) and commercial projects.

With the support of senior commercial & project staff you will be responsible for letting and vetting of subcontractor packages, contractual negotiations, Document control, reporting (EOTS, Progress claims etc) and site assistance .

Contract Administrators will be site based and the business will try their best to allocate sites to suit your location.

Requirements: 

I am looking to speak with Project Coordinators & Contract Administrators with more than 3 years working on commercial projects working for a head contractor.
