ROLE:
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the effective planning and resource management of multiple projects across small commercial projects. You will also be required to manage sub-contract letting, negotiating variations, managing sub-contractor claims/supplier invoices, and dealing with financial management.
REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate will have:
- - Proven exposure to commercial projects up to $10M
- - Experience in running commercial projects
- - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- - Excellent communication skills
- - Ability to work autonomously
